How long does a custom build take?

From our first consultation to your PC being read for collection/delivery, the process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on component availability.

What info do I need for a tech support session?

Just give us a brief description of your problem. When it's time for your session, you'll just need to be at your PC with a stable internet connection.

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.

What if you can't fix my problem in the 1-hour slot?

Our goal is to solve your problem within the hour. If the issue is more complex and we can't fix it in that time, we'll use the last 10 minutes to give you a clear diagnosis and a specific action plan, which may include recommending a new part or booking a follow-up session. We will not let you waste your money.

Is the remote support session secure?

100%. You can see everything we're doing on your screen in real-time, and the connection is fully encrypted. We are disconnected the moment the session ends, and we cannot get back in without your permission.

My problem is on my gaming laptop (or Mac). Can you still help?

We specialise in Windows-based desktop PCs for gaming and content creation. While we can help with general software issues on Windows laptops, we currently do not service Mac hardware, consoles, or mobile devices.

I'm not a tech expert and don't know what parts I need. Can you still help?

Absolutely. This is our specialty! You just need to tell us your budget, what games you play (or software you use), and what "look" you're going for. We will handle all the technical details and explain why we're choosing each part, so you can learn as we go.

What kind of stress-testing do you do on custom builds?

Every custom build runs a period of stress testing. This includes intensive CPU and GPU benchmarks (like Prime95 and 3DMark) and, of course, actual gaming sessions. We ensure your system is 100% stable, cool, and quiet before it ever leaves us.

Can I supply some of my own components for a custom build?

Yes. If you already have a new GPU or a case you love, we can absolutely build around it as long as it is compatible. Just let us know in our initial consultation, and we will adjust the parts list and quote accordingly.

What if I need to reschedule my support session?

No problem at all. We just ask for 24 hours' notice. You can reschedule your booking using the link in your confirmation email.

What if I have issues after getting my new build?

All our pre-built PCs come with 30 days of Tech Support for free to help you get everything set up.

Do your pre-built PCs come with a lot of bloatware?

Never. This is a huge pet peeve of ours. Your PC will come with a clean install of Windows 11, all necessary drivers, and nothing else. No trial-ware, no annoying pop-ups (we will disable native OneDrive for you), just pure performance.

How long until I get my pre-built PC?

To give every PC our full attention, all our pre-builds are built to order. This means your PC isn't sitting on a shelf—it's meticulously assembled, cable-managed, and stress-tested by our expert team after you place your order. This custom-level process ensures maximum quality and typically takes 1-2 weeks for us to build and test before your PC is shipped.
